This month has surely been a month of remembrance, our mothers on Mother’s Day, family member’s birthdays (7 this month), our Military Service Members and all those who have gone before us, on Memorial Day. It is good to remember and celebrate. Our lives have been shaped by those in our lives, past and present.

When speaking to the apostles at the Lord’s Supper, Jesus said, “Do this in remembrance of me.” The One who has shaped our lives the most commanded us to remember. Remember what He did for us by offering His body as a living sacrifice and shedding His blood for the forgiveness of sins. Remember that He took the punishment for our sins that we might be reconciled to and live forever with our Father in Heaven! Hallelujah!

A wonderful thing about our relationship with the Lord is that He remembers US! Malachi 3:16 &17 says, “Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other, and the Lord listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the Lord and honored his name. “On the day when I act,” says the Lord Almighty, “they will be my treasured possession.” What a wonderful promise!

Daily, the Lord puts us in remembrance of YOU! You are important to us, you are special to us, you have helped shape our lives, and you are in our prayers day and night! Thank you for your love and support!

As we grow and mature in this life, both physically and spiritually, there is always a bit of uncertainty that comes with each new phase. We experience it in all kinds of situations, family changes, job changes, government changes, location changes, ministry changes. But through it all God never changes! He is FAITHFUL!

We want to encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. He is greater than any challenge or battle you may be facing. The important thing to remember is this: He has not brought you this far to let you down
now. He will never let you down!

We want to say to you as Paul said to the Philippians, “I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my
prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now,
being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:3-6

During these volatile times in which we are living, we want to remind you to keep your eyes on Jesus! He is the Word and He is Truth. If we keep our eyes on the Truth, we will recognize the lies of the enemy.

Jesus is our savior, redeemer, protector and provider. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is the same yesterday, today
and forever!

Jesus told us in John 14:27 (AMPC) “Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you.
Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop
allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]

It is awesome to be a child of God and have the inside scoop on how this is all going to end. God wins! And when God wins, we win! Hallelujah!

So “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say REJOICE!” Philippians 4:4
We love you and we are praying that together we will continue to walk by faith and not by sight!

Blazing a Trail for Jesus!

This being the month we celebrate love, it is only fitting that we celebrate the love that the Lord has for us and we for Him. In Matthew 22:37-38 Jesus tells us, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest
commandment.” And why do we love Him? “We love because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19. God is easy to love because He is Love!

But Jesus goes on to say in Matthew 22:39, “And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Now this can be more difficult, especially when we realize that our “neighbor” is anyone with whom we come in contact. Believers and
non-believers, rich or poor, naughty or nice, Christian or pagan, we are to love them as we love ourselves. We need to treat others with respect and show them The Way by the way we treat them and the words we speak. A kind gesture or a gentle word can truly make a difference in a life!

In this crazy world we live in let us make a conscience effort to show the Love of God to those around us. As we do, it will make people hungry to know this God we serve and to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus.
