Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ: May 2023
God is doing great things!
In January, we sent a container to the Philippines. I also delivered Scripture to four different churches located in my surrounding states.
In February, I helped get a new work started in Amelia Island, Florida. It is called Coastal Seedline. It is headed up by Ted and Tammy Lytle. I expect God to do some great things there. I am excited that they have opened their hearts to what God has for them to do! I also made several trips in February to Kansas to deliver and pick up completed Scriptures.
I returned to Florida to Grace Baptist Church in March. While there, we assembled 28,000 Scriptures; about 15,000 of those went to Costa Rica! I also went to Countryside Baptist Church in Hartshorn, Missouri, where they assembled another 22,000 Scriptures. I spent a lot of time driving in March, delivering and picking up Scriptures as well as driving to my nephew’s wedding. I put over 12,000 miles on the truck in March alone. It seemed like every week I was headed somewhere. God kept me safe and provided my needs!
While in South Carolina for my nephew’s wedding, I met a missionary named Samuel White. He and his family serve in Costa Rica. My family and I got out of the car at a Bible printing facility, and Brother White came up and said “Y’all must be Missionaries!” We had a good visit discussing that Bibles and Scriptures are needed everywhere. What a blessing to meet this brother.
Later that month while at Grace Baptist Church, Pastor Wilt told me that they were going on a mission trip to Costa Rica, and that they would be helping with the construction of a church building. I asked who they were going to help and as it turned out, it was brother White! Brother Wilt and I discussed ways that they could take as many Spanish John and Romans as possible on the trip. These Scriptures had been put together by the folks at Grace Baptist for their missionary. I mentioned to brother Wilt that I sure would like to go.
In April, I made several trips to Kansas to deliver Scriptures. While there, I picked up some pallet racks. These will be used as shelves for the pallets of Scripture stored in the Armory (the scripture distribution center). These were donated by an evangelist I met. I also delivered some needed equipment to Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Wichita, Kansas. This equipment came from Michigan. A big THANK YOU to Adam Wood for getting it to his work place, and storing it until I could retrieve it.
Talking Rock Road Baptist Church loaded two trailers that will be headed to Kingman, Georgia, with English Scripture totaling over 400,000. From Kingman, these Scriptures will be sent to the Philippines. Please pray for the Lord to arrange the time needed to deliver this material to Georgia.
While all this was going on I got a phone call from Grace Baptist Church asking if I still wanted to go to Costa Rica with them. By faith, I said YES! The expenses for most of the trip were covered, but I am still several hundred dollars short if you would like to help with that.
While there, we put up 125 sheets of sheet rock and taped and floated it. It is now ready for stucco. I also helped them with several welding projects.
Brother White has an amazing ministry there in Costa Rica. They have summer camps which draw many people from the surrounding countries. He is a second-generation missionary, and has been in Palmares over 20 years. Praise the Lord for missionaries like Brother White! If you are interested in his work, send me an e-mail, and I can give you some information.
Thank you for your prayers and support, Miles Wallis

So, we did something a few weeks ago that we’ve never done. We hosted a little Bible project in an ultra garage! Friends of the ministry were wanting to introduce the Bible printing ministry to their church and friends. We were on the way to Pensacola so, we stopped and had a Bible project in their ultra garage. If you have never seen an ultra garage it is big enough to store their camper! It’s amazing! We worked with some very sweet people and got to talk to their Sunday school class about our ministry. They did 1500 scriptures in just a few short hours. Nothing is too small for God to use to make a difference in people’s life. What are you doing to help get his word to lost people?

What a blessing it was to serve alongside Grace Baptist Church in Pensacola Florida. They put together close to 30,000 Spanish, John and Romans going to Mexico. Thank you for all your hard work.

Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
As you may recall from my last letter, our truck was stolen while on a project in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The insurance covered the truck, but we got nothing for the stolen contents. Because vehicle prices have become so high in the last few years, I decided my best option was to buy back the truck. I spent a week repairing the mechanical problems, and I am happy to say that since then I have already put a few thousand miles on it.
The State Fair trailer was also broken into shortly after the Tulsa incident. So far none of the stolen items have been recovered. The authorities do know who did it, but because most of them are minors, they are pretty much exempt from any kind of prosecution.
A BIG THANK YOU to the men at Medora for getting the trailer ready for the fair. It is amazing how God provided exactly what was needed through His people. The nose of the trailer now has locking cabinets with many dedicated places for the equipment. A new 50-inch tv used for videos and several very large cut outs of dinosaurs (the t- rex is 8 feet tall) were given to the ministry. God provided these the day before the fair! Throughout the fair season we were able to go to 4 different events where 91 people trusted Christ and over 30,000 John and Romans were distributed.
We had a part in producing enough Scripture to ship 6 containers and 5 semi-trailers last year. In this new year we have already shipped one container of Scripture. On January 4th a shipment left for Bangkok, Thailand. What a great way to start the year! We have 2 more containers in the works that should ship very soon. According to the print shop, we had 2.5 million Scriptures printed last year. The print shop also had several upgrades, including a new banding machine and perforator that the project churches will be seeing soon.
In October I helped lead a mission trip to the Amazon. There were 13 people from 3 different churches that participated. We had a great time, and God did truly bless. We went to two schools where 157 people came to know Christ. We were also able to help the church with several things. One of the highlights was Halloween night. We passed out over 10,000 tracts and all the Spanish Scriptures we had in less than 2 hours. Halloween is celebrated in Columbia, but not in Brazil. However, on November 2, Brazil celebrates the day of the dead. From where we stayed, it is a 20-minute walk to Brazil. All thirteen people that went on this trip brought an extra check bag weighing 70 pounds. This was filled with scriptures so we had approximately 15,000 Portuguese John and Romans to pass out on this day. We worked all morning, and we were again out of Scripture in less than 4 hours
We are praying about making this an annual trip open for church members to participate in. The area is a needy field, and we could have easily passed out over 50,000 Scriptures in those 2 days. If you are interested, please let me know.
Getting things to the Amazon is a major issue right now. We have to take what we will distribute along with us when we travel there. I had an idea while visiting the Brunner family. What if amazon.com delivered Scriptures for us? I would be very interested in talking to someone who knows how amazon.com works. I know that they have their own airplane and that they ship to Tabatinga, Brazil. This is where the Brunner family lives, so we have a place to store scriptures as they are shipped. If we could ship 4 boxes a week for 52 weeks that would be 62,000 Scriptures available for the Lord’s work and in preparation for Halloween and the day of the dead. Please pray about how you can help and let’s get on board the gospel train!
Thank you for your prayers and support, Miles Wallis
