Caring for a loved one with cognitive impairment can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk the journey alone. Vitality Respite Center is pleased to launch its Caregivers Support Group this September! Join us for encouragement, connection, and understanding in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment.

Caregivers Support Group Schedule:
First Tuesday of Each Month at 10:00 a.m.
Beginning September 1, 2026

A big Thank You to Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Center for the donation of boxes of Brownie mix through their "Bake a Difference" drive for the Vitality Respite Center. Thanks to them, Vitality will be enjoying sweet treats for quite a while.
