This is Friday night at SPARK.

Games, friends, music, and a story about who Jesus is โ€” for kids ages 4 through 8th grade, every Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the Wesley Building. It's free, and drop-ins are welcome.

Park on Knights and follow the signs around back. If your kid has never been, any Friday is a good one to walk in. The room is built so a first-timer feels like a regular.

Wednesday night was a good one. ๐ŸŽ‰

The Back to School Bash brought kids and students ages 3 through high school into the New Hope Life Center Gym for pizza, gaga ball, basketball, crafts, a paper wall they painted end to end, and an ice cream bar that got very serious about toppings.

Third year we have done this, and it keeps growing. Thank you, parents, for bringing your kids and their friends.

Photos from the night are here. If your family is new to New Hope Church, we would love to see you again soon.

Save the date! ๐ŸŽ‰ Sunday, August 30 is a Fifth Sunday at New Hope Church, which means Kids in Service.

There's no separate kids programming that morning โ€” everyone worships together in the main service. Preschoolers through high-schoolers, parents, grandparents, all in the same room, singing and praying together. It's one of our favorite Sundays of the month.

Come as you are and sit together. See you August 30!
