SPECIAL BLESSING THIS THURSDAY

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. this Thursday, September 3 at Mr. Gattis in Brandenburg all those who for lunch or supper can support Chris and Amanda Davidson and their son Lucas. Just reference at checkout that you are dining in to support Lucas and his family and a portion of the proceeds will benefit them. What a great way to enjoy good food to help a family in our church!

Thanks so much to the wonderful folks who came for our Bethel Appreciation Supper last night. Our time together was fully of yummy food and wonderful spiritual food of affirmation and appreciation for the blessings in our church. Thanks to all who share in the culture of love and invitation. Grateful for many who appreciation the wonderful blessings of our church today as well as share in a vision for a strong and growing tomorrow. 🙏🙏

BETHEL BLESSINGS
(June and July 2026)
Each month we will share a brief report called BETHEL BLESSINGS of the good news our church has received or shared!
1) Despite the awful flooding that saw our church parking lot with more than a foot of water and our Fellowship Hall two inches deep, our church Trustees (especially Pete Jones, Ray Heath and Robert Sumner and Margaret Rothman) cleaned and restored things back to order. Thanks team for a great job getting things quickly back to normal!

2) THIS MONTH we celebrate all month long with RED, WHITE AND BLUE at church, wearing the colors of our nation at church. Rumor has it our pastor have special patriotic ties for the occasion. Special thanks to Donna Chism and Brenda Hampton for their donations and work to decorate the Fellowship Hall, and special thanks to Pastor Matthew Oakes for the wonderful patriotic pin donations.

3) The Children's Ministry celebrated with a wonderful Bible School that saw more than 70 different children and adults participate. Our Children's Ministry also received several wonderful donations from a number of people to help in their ministry. Thank you everyone for all your support!

4) Our WAYMAKERS middle school youth is continuing to bless our 10-13 year olds as they go through Confirmation. 11 students are involved in our group and are helping regularly in church!

5) Our new FITNESS CLASS ministry is already averaging 15 active participants in each group, with almost 40 enrolled! Thanks to Marybeth Cunningham for outstanding work in this new ministry!

6) Finally, THANK YOU for your continued support of our church as we are expanding ministries and in the process of launching some new opportunities! We are grateful for the wonderful church family at Bethel. See less
