Big news shook the church world this week.

The largest Protestant denomination in the U.S. voted to officially ban women from the office of pastor and from the pulpit.

At Terraforma, we see things differently. We are proud to recognize, honor, and champion the incredible leadership potential and ministry gifts of women—including as elders, pastors, and preachers.

We take this stand not in spite of the Scriptures, but because of them.

The body of Christ is at its best when everyone is free to run in their calling. We deeply benefit from the wisdom, anointing, and leadership of all people. To our sisters in ministry: we see you, we value you, and you have a place at the table here.
