Last month, our Regina Cleri residence was filled with song when 57 children participating in the summer program at St. Mary Parish in Waltham came to visit our senior priests and showcased their musical talent!

Let us honor and celebrate SAN LORENZO RUIZ - the first Filipino saint. He was officially canonized by Pope John Paul II on October 18, 1987 in Vatican City. He is the patron saint of the Philippines, the Filipino people, Filipino youth, overseas Filipino workers, and altar servers. He was born on November 28, 1594, in Binondo, Manila, and passed away as a martyr on September 29, 1637, in Nagasaki, Japan. He was 42 years old when he died.
His feast day is celebrated annually on September 28.
