In a series of revelations to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, our Lord called for a special feast day to be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter. Today, we know that feast as Divine Mercy Sunday, named by Pope St. John Paul II at the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000.
The Lord expressed His will with regard to this feast in His very first revelation to St. Faustina.
To mark this feast day, you are invited to Immaculate Heart Church in Crosslake for an afternoon of prayer, worship, and communion with others.

We warmly welcome you to join Brainerd Catholic's 40 Hours Devotion this weekend with our featured speaker, Fr. Louis Merosne. Fr. Louis is a Haitian priest who speaks at Steubenville conferences around the United States. Our youth experienced Fr. Louis’ preaching last summer at a Steubenville Conference and we are very excited to have him with us in Brainerd for 40 Hours Devotion.
The opening Mass and Fr. Louis’ first talk begin Friday, March 1 at 5:30pm at St. Francis Church in Brainerd.
