📖SERMON RECAP:

In our last teaching on "The Praying Church" Pastor Devin dived deep into the 'Terms and Conditions' on our prayers to be answered.

God’s love is unconditional… but His mercy, His grace, and His healing come with a response.
Israel learned this the hard way — doing the right things, then abandoning them, then crawling back again. And God, in His patience, kept calling them to return.

He’s still calling us.

We are His people, called by His name. Temples of the Holy Spirit. Chosen. Marked. Loved. But He says:

“If you will humble yourself…”
Not a word we like. But better to humble ourselves than to be humbled by God.

“If you will pray…”
Not genie‑in‑a‑bottle prayers. Not one‑way monologues. Real conversation. Real listening. Real intimacy.

“If you will seek My face…”
Face‑to‑face. Close enough to know His thoughts, His heart, His character.

“If you will turn…”
Not keep walking the same direction. Not pretending the flesh is stronger than the Spirit. Turning means getting your hands dirty in the process of change — refusing to stay bound.

Then… He hears.
Then… He forgives.
Then… He heals.

🛃We’ll celebrate our children completing their Missions Passport journey, have the opportunity to sample staple foods 🍜from different countries, participate in meaningful fundraising activities, and discover how every generation can help share the love of Jesus around the world.

✝️The evening will finish with a powerful moment as we’re commissioned together to live out the Great Commission!

We continue learning about what is like really to be a Praying Church- and how to pray effectively in any circumstance, knowing God hears us.

Have you ever felt stuck between what God promised and what you can presently see?

The middle can be uncomfortable. Your circumstances may not resemble your calling, the next step may not be clear, and discouragement may whisper that nothing is changing.

👉But the middle is not the end of your story.

Don’t allow impatience to push you ahead of God. Don’t force doors He hasn’t opened. Stay close enough to recognize His voice, trust His instructions, and keep moving in faith.

You may not see the whole path yet—but you can trust the One leading you.

God is still working in the middle. Refuse to stay stuck. 🙌🔥
