Yesterday’s send off with a “Southern” theme for Sheri Kling, our minister for the last 35 months was spectacular!! It brought joy, excitement, a pep in our step, and sadness. Tomorrow is Dr. Sheri's last official Sunday as serving as our minister. It will be a blessed service with lots of Southern gospel music. Yet another time to be blessed with Pastor Sheri's wonderful musical talents, which we at Redeemer will really miss. Please join us at our 10:30 service and our fellowship hour immediately following where we are continuing our Southern Gospel theme to include Southern cooking. The members of Redeemer hope to make Pastor Sheri's last official Sunday one she will fondly remember for years to come.
Sheri has guided Redeemer through many difficult decisions and we (Redeemer) are better for those tough conversations. She has walked with those who grieve, celebrated and planned our services, helped us become more tech savvy, encouraged our outreach, and helped us think outside the box. Thank you Pastor Sheri.
So come Sunday and help us say farewell for now.

Don't miss Dr. Sheri's last service with us as interim minister this Sunday, Aug. 30. We're planning a special music-filled service focusing on favorite hymns in the southern gospel style. Sheri and Tony are also planning to sing their own version of this beautiful bluegrass song called "Oak Grove Church."

And we hear there's going to be some yummy southern food after the servive too!
