🌟 Special Appreciation to Peace Presbyterian Church🌟

Throughout the month of May, Peace Presbyterian Church generously supported HOPE Family Services with thoughtful donations that made a real difference for the families we serve. 💜

Your contributions helped us restock essential shelter supplies and provide vital items for survivors as they begin rebuilding their homes and their lives. This ongoing kindness brought comfort, stability, and encouragement during a critical time.

We are truly grateful for your continued partnership and the compassion you show to our community. Because of supporters like you, survivors are reminded that they are not alone and that hope is always within reach. ✨

Thank you for standing with us in May and making such a meaningful impact.

Greetings, friends!
💒Join us in worship this Sunday, May 31st where we celebrate Trinity Sunday! We will reflect on the apostle Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 13:11-13 — a reminder to live in peace, to encourage one another, and to remain grounded in grace-- because belonging is holy!
I am especially excited to add the new member names of the past year into the chancel cross nearing the end of worship📜. You don't want to miss this opportunity to witness tangible belonging as Peace Church grows up and out for the glory of God!
We would love to worship with you this Sunday!
Pastor Mary Beth

Today we honor and remember the brave service members who gave their lives in duty to our country. May we never forget their sacrifice, and may we continue to pray for the families they left behind. “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

On Memorial Day, we take time to remember and reflect upon the sacrifices of those who have given their lives in service to our country. In commemoration of today, the Presbyterian Historical Society is sharing this 1969 photograph snapped by the Religious News Service at the National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, during a Memorial Day commemoration service. The caption reads, “This scene will be repeated in every U.S. community on May 30, Memorial Day, when the nation pauses to remember its dead.”
