Buckingham Presbyterian Church in Ft. Myers, Florida caught fire and burned last night. The building is a loss.
Oak Pointe will be reaching out to Peace River Presbytery to see if there is anything we can do to help.
Please keep the congregation and leadership in your prayers as they grieve and begin to discern what is next.

Tomorrow, Monday, August 10th is the first day of school for both Manatee and Sarasota schools.
School buses, more traffic, kids walking to school.
Be extra alert when driving and watch for school zones -slow down!
