Manatee LIFE Church A Multicultural United Methodist Community of Faith Services are Biblically-based, Christ-centered, and tend to be more traditional in structure.

Manatee Life Church was established in 1849, the first church of any denomination south of Tampa on the west coast of Florida! While its name was changed from Manatee United Methodist Church several years ago, it remains a faithful member of the United Methodist denomination. All are welcome! Many attendees come from different religious backgrounds, illustrating our belief in Open Minds, Open Hearts, and Open Doors.
