Sabbath Sermon Experience 6-6-2026

When God closes one door, He's already opening another. King David dreamed of building God's temple, but the Lord said no. Yet David didn't complain or grow bitter. Instead, he recognized something profound: "I am just a small part of God's big picture."

From Ruth gleaning in the fields to a blind man crying out "Son of David, have mercy!" we see the same truth. Our disappointments are often divine appointments in disguise. Ruth lost everything in Moab but became an ancestor of Christ. The blind man couldn't see with his eyes, but he saw Jesus clearer than the crowd around him.

This morning, you may be facing crossroads with no clear answers. Remember: you're part of an unbroken chain from Abraham to Jesus to you. God chose you. What seems like rejection today may be redirection toward something greater. Cry out like the blind man did. Jesus is still stopping by for those who call on Him.

What do you want Him to do for you today?

When God says "no" to our plans, He's already preparing a "yes" for His greater purpose.

King David wanted to build God's temple, but the Lord had other plans. Instead of complaining or giving up, David embraced the bigger picture—recognizing that God's work continues beyond our individual disappointments. His son Solomon would complete what he couldn't begin.

Like the blind man who cried out "Jesus, Son of David!" we too can call on the One who stops by in our moments of greatest need. Ruth walked through foreign fields in disappointment, only to become part of Jesus' lineage. You're not just living your story—you're part of God's eternal plan that stretches from Abraham to eternity.

This morning, ask yourself: What can Jesus do for you? Whatever answer you need, whatever solution seems impossible, the same God who stopped for one blind man is ready to stop for you. Don't let your current chapter make you miss the bigger picture God is writing.

Are you ready for the most glorious day in history? 🙏

This week's message reminds us that Jesus is coming back—not as a humble servant, but as King of Kings and Lord of Lords! The same Jesus who was despised and rejected will return with power, glory, and the sound of a trumpet. Every eye will see Him (Revelation 1:7).

The question isn't IF He's coming, but ARE YOU READY? It's not the big things that hold us back—it's the little foxes: unforgiveness, bitterness, anger. We must drop these weights and seek the Holy Spirit's power to transform us completely.

"What manner of persons ought ye to be?" (2 Peter 3:11). Whether you're ready, getting ready, or just starting your journey—today is the day. Tomorrow isn't promised. Let's prepare our hearts for that glorious day when we'll live with Jesus forever in the new earth, where there's no more death, pain, or tears.

What a day that will be! 🌟

Are you ready for the most glorious day in history? This powerful message reminds us that Jesus is coming back—not as a humble servant, but as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, with power and great glory!

The question isn't IF He's coming, but ARE WE READY? While we wait, we're called to strengthen our relationship with Christ through prayer, fasting, and studying His Word. We must let go of unforgiveness, bitterness, and the little things that so easily entangle us. Tomorrow isn't promised—today is the day to prepare!

Isaiah 53 showed us Jesus despised and rejected, but Revelation 1:7 declares "every eye shall see Him" in His full glory. He's preparing mansions for us (John 14:1-3), and He promises to return for His children. What a day that will be—no more tears, no more death, no more separation!

Are you getting ready? Are you looking and waiting for His return? Let's live for Jesus today, walking in His grace and righteousness, knowing He will lead us all the way home.
