Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Today, on the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave first responders who face their lives. As a church family, we continue to pray for comfort for those who mourn, and we ask God to heal our communities and our world. Where there is brokenness, may we be instruments of His peace and love.
