The New Frontier Cowboy Church's mission is to reach the lost and non-churched people with the gospel of Jesus Christ; to disciple the believers; and to provide a church home where they can become more like Him. Our Purpose:

New Frontier Cowboy Church exists to obey God, expand the Kingdom, and change lives. Six primary strategies are central to our success: Discipleship, Fellowship, Worship, Ministry, Evangelism, and Prayer. Our Beliefs:

* That the Bible is the word of God, His inerrant revelation, complete in the Old and New Testaments, written by divinely inspired men as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

* We believe in one God that exists in three persons. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

* We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He died to save men from their sins.

* We believe that men are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

* We believe that baptism by immersion is the means by which people are to publically profess their faith in Christ and identify themselves with his death, burial and resurrection. New Frontier is welcoming, laid back, where you can come as you are. You don’t have to clean up or change. Come join us on our journey!

"Those who work their land will have abundant food." Prov 12:11. Our needs will never exhaust God's supply. Just look at nature. Deer do not prepare for winter. When the snow comes they eat whatever they can find along the way. But squirrels would starve if they followed that example. They would be unable to find suitable food. So they find and bury acorns in a safe, accessible place. The deer and squirrel represent ways that God cares for us. He enables us to work and save for the future, and He meets our needs when resources are scarce. He gives us seasons of plenty so we can prepare for seasons of need. He also wants those with plenty to share with those in need. So when it comes to provision, His message is this: Work while we can, save what we can, share what we can, and trust Him to meet our needs. Thank You, Lord, for the promise that You will meet our needs. Help us not to fear or doubt. Amen!

"This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works." Titus 3:8. It is amazing how assertive Jesus often was when He spoke to the Pharisees. He stood up for what was right. May we have the courage to follow His example. But we need to discern the difference between boldly speaking out for what is good, and bullying others into our way of thinking. Sometimes we are tempted to look the other way when others are making unethical choices or behaving in offensive, inappropriate ways. We want to stand up for goodness and truth, while having the grace to confront lovingly. The more we study Jesus's life, the better we will be at this. Lord Jesus, may our boldness be tempered with love, and may our convictions be reserved for upholding truth and justice, not for pursuing a personal agenda. Amen!

"Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You." Psalm 56:3. We all have sleepless nights, don't we? Tossing and turning. Looking at the clock and seeing it's barely moved. Stressing because we know we need to sleep if we're going to make it through the next day. How often do we lie there anxious about situations we can't do anything about? Jesus tell us, "Let not your heart be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Me." John 14:1. The answer to fear...is faith. When we're fearful for a loved one or fearful about some event coming up in our life, we can be comforted and calmed as we think about who God is. Then, as we focus on the attributes of God, our faith is planted in Someone bigger than our fears. When all seems dark, one truth still shines bright: God is for us. The next time fear overwhelms, look for a Scripture verse that underscores God's character. And consider who He is. Don't look at the problem. Look to Jesus! Amen!

"So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase." 1 Cor 3:7. Sometimes we get discouraged that we're not leading others into a relationship with Jesus. We try so hard to influence people, but sometimes the harder we try, the more they seem to pull away. Instead of focusing on the end results, we need focus on the process--living in daily obedience. That steady character and integrity is what will draw others to Jesus. On this side of eternity, we may not be able to see how our life influences others. But our job is to plant seeds of faith in the lives of people around us and trust that God will nourish those seeds until they grow into a saving relationship with Him. Amen!

"Saul! Saul! Why are you persecuting Me? Who are You Lord? Saul asked. And the voice replied, I am Jesus, the One you are persecuting!" Acts 9:4-5. Think about God's enemies. Pray that one of His enemies would become one of His followers. It is a mystery why He overwhelms some of His enemies, like the murderer Saul who became the apostle Paul, but seems to leave others alone. But almost every church around the world includes believers who once actively opposed God and His people. His overwhelming love and grace flooded their souls, and now they bow before Him as their Lord and King. So today, Lord, do that again, so that Your mighty Name might be glorified now and forever. Amen!

(Jesus) "After I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with Me so that you may be where I am." John 14:3. Someday, according to Christ, He will come back. We can look forward to eternal life because Jesus has promised it to all who believe in Him. The way to eternal life, though unseen, is secure--as secure as our trust in Christ. Although the details of eternity are unknown, we need not fear because Jesus is preparing for us and will spend eternity with us. In the blink of an eye, as fast as lightning flashes from the east to the west, He will come back. And everyone will see Him--we all will. Bodies will push back the dirt and break the surface of the sea. The earth will tremble, the sky will roar, and those who do not know Him will shudder. But in that hour we will not fear, because we know Him. Amen!

WHERE'S YOUR SWORD. "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." Ephesians 6:10, 17. The Bible says the Word of God "is living and active, and a double edged sword" Hebrews 4:12. So where's our sword? Is it on our mind? Is it in our heart? On our lips? Is it polished from daily reading and study, sharpened and ready to battle the enemy? Have we applied it's truths in our lives? Or is it rusty from lack of use? If Satan can get us to put down The Word of God - through disregard or disobedience, doubt or denial - he has us right where he wants us, in a very vulnerable position. One in which we will be easily defeated. Revelation 19:15 says that at the end of human history, Jesus will overcome His enemies once and for all with the sharp sword that comes from His mouth. Let us pick up our sword, and use it today; then we too will overcome the enemy! Amen.

"Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made." John 1:3. Who or what seems to be greater than God? God is not one of "several" gods--a trendy thought these days. Just as a potter is greater than the clay or an artist greater than his painting, God is greater than His creation. There's nothing in our life--no circumstance or crisis, no habit or heartache, no sickness or grief, nothing visible or invisible--nothing that's greater than God. No king or ruler, no preacher or teacher--no one is greater than God. What are you facing that is greater than you are? A habit? A person? A problem? Something beyond your ability to handle? God is greater! Put your focus and your faith in the One who has authority over everything! Amen!
