Mondays at the Movement!

Start your Monday with Morning Mat Pilates with Gena at 6:00 a.m. online! Thank you to Northwest Ohio Supernatural Investigations for spending the night with us at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum.

We appreciate you making the trip and bringing your curiosity, equipment, and nerves into the building after dark. Hopefully the Asylum gave you plenty to investigate, a few things to question, and at least one moment where somebody quietly decided they were done being brave.
