We changed things up last night and had some fun. Kids were split up in groups and had 15 minutes to prepare a lesson or skit. They were judged by a panel and one group was crowned the winner.

This week we will not be at the youth room. We will be at the baseball complex from 5:30-7:30. Lighthouse will be joining us for a night of softball and kickball.

First and foremost, we appreciate everyone who played a role in our fundraising event. To our donors, workers, and attendees, we offer our sincerest thanks.

At the beginning of the week, we had 1 sponsor and 2 silent auction items and were facing possible cancellation or postponement. Nevertheless, the business community's support was overwhelming, and we ultimately secured 14 sponsors and 51 silent auction items.

Your help enabled us to raise $5,412, all of which will go directly towards meeting each kid’s goal.

We encourage you to show your appreciation for these businesses that invest in the future of our youth by shopping at their stores and expressing gratitude.

One small act of giving has the opportunity to change a life and generations to come.

———Needing your help———
Our annual event is this weekend.
This is our biggest fundraiser each year that we count on. This year we haven’t found anyone willing to sponsor and very little feedback for silent auction items. We may have to postpone or cancel the event.

We currently have 71 kids registered for camp and need to raise $25,000 to get them all there.

If you know anyone willing to sponsor the event, donate items for the silent auction or even sponsor a kid please share.
