Pass the Word! The Bowdon Community is hosting 2022 VBS on June 6-9 in the evenings from 5:15-7:45 p.m. including supper, games, crafts, and Bible stories. We will be learning about how kids of the Bible served God in big ways! All are welcome. Activities are designed for kids ages 4-11. Youth assistants are appreciated. Thanks to all participating churches, including the Bowdon area SDA, Community Church of God, and Lutheran churches.

Just Around the Corner! Monday, May 31 through Thursday, June 3, nightly from 6:30-8 p.m. at Bowdon Lutheran Church. Join us for “Witnesses to the World” with stories from the book of Acts about the first witnesses to the resurrection – Peter, Philip, Tabitha, Paul, and Silas. Participate in large group games, campfire songs, and a cool activity of screen printing t-shirts. Instead of supper, we're having a snack during the evening. Most activities will be outside, weather permitting. This VBS is sponsored by Bowdon Community Church of God, the Adventist New Home congregation south of Sykeston, Bowdon Lutheran, and hopefully a Thrivent Action Team. Ask your questions here or on our event page and let us know you're interested in coming!
