A heartfelt thank you to Burlington American Legion Post #91, Legion Post #91 Auxiliary, Sea Cadets of Burlington-Edison High School, and 5th graders of Edison Elementary School in helping to honor and remember those that have served our nation and have passed on.

The story of our "Bow Doe" or the John Doe that was formerly buried in Bow Cemetery has an ending. To avoid the inevitable question, the cemetery does not know the name of the individual. To us he will remain as "Bow Doe". Since his body is now with family and being reburied elsewhere, his headstone has been removed from the cemetery. We wish the family of Bow Doe peace and closure after these many years.
