Public Notice: There will be a vacancy on the cemetery district board of commissioners at the end of 2025 for position #2. Citizens of the District are welcome to file for candidacy for the position during Candidate Filing Week which is May 5-9, 2025.

The commissioners primary duties are to set policy for the district and provide oversight of cemetery operations, facilities, and finances. The board of commissioners meets monthly to conduct these activities. Commissioners presently serve in a non-compensated capacity in this role. Individuals interested in this position are welcome to attend the monthly board meeting which is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Edison Fire Station.
