Friends,
A visitation for Katelyn Smith will be held Monday, April 27, 2026 from 3-7 pm with a Celebration of Life service at 5pm meal to be provided after. Service is located at the Adventure Christian Church, 70 Ken Hayes Drive, Bourbonnais, IL 60914.

Adventure Christian Church has setup a Memorial Fund to financially assist Katelyn's daughter's Sophie & Charlotte Johnston.
