Sometimes God provides in ways that leave you a little speechless.

Today, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for an incredibly generous gift from NV Energy’s assistance program.

As part of their evaluation, NV Energy looked at the ways Christian Center Church is serving our community through our food pantry and Christian Center Preschool. They saw the families we serve, the needs we try to meet, and the practical ways we are working to be a place of help and hope in Boulder City.

And they stepped in to help us.

This gift will help with our utility expenses, and we cannot overstate how meaningful that is. It came at a time when we have been carrying some very real financial pressures and asking God for provision and wisdom.

God showed up.

Because that's what He does... not always in the way we expect. Sometimes He shows up through the kindness and generosity of people and organizations willing to look beyond themselves and invest in their community.

So today, we simply want to say "thank you, NV Energy." Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for recognizing the work happening here. And thank you for helping us continue to keep the lights on, the doors open, and our ministries serving the people of our community.

We are deeply, deeply grateful.

What if spiritual maturity is about more than knowing more?

Many of us have learned how to stay busy for God, serve faithfully, and keep going no matter what. But what happens when the pace catches up with us? When old wounds, unhealthy patterns, or unresolved emotions keep us stuck?

This Sunday, we begin Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, an 8-week journey that explores the connection between emotional health and spiritual growth. Together we'll discover how slowing down, becoming aware of what's happening beneath the surface, and inviting God into every part of our lives can lead to deeper transformation.
This isn't just another Bible study. It's an opportunity to:

✨ Grow in your relationship with God
✨ Break free from unhealthy patterns
✨ Learn practical tools for healthy relationships
✨ Discover rhythms of rest, prayer, and renewal
✨ Experience lasting spiritual transformation

Beginning this Sunday

Guess who's coming to Boulder City, NV?

Azure Standard is now Delivering to Boulder City, NV!
Join Azure Standard for Free at www.AzureStandard.com. You can start ordering now for delivery drop week of May 24th.

Here is the scoop:

We have established a drop program here in Boulder city partnering with a company called Azure. Throughout the years, I’ve seen many people commenting on wanting to have a store like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods in our community.

Check out this link to the website for the company.

www.AzureStandard.com

One of our local residents, Paula Daniels will be the drop coordinator. This program works very similar to bountiful basket that once was involved in our community, however, this is a country store with a vast amount of products including produce/frozen foods/ bulk Items Ect.

“Azure is a different kind of company born of a different mindset and held to a different standard. You know us as a natural health food distributor bringing bulk and specialty health foods to communities all across the nation. But at our core, we are a family (plus friends who might as well be family!) with a dedication to share what we have learned and provide other families with the highest standard of whole foods at affordable prices. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality, organic, non-GMO foods to live long, strong, meaningful lives.”

There is a short process of getting set up with an account through Azure. There is no commitment, No membership fees or cost to join. Similar to ordering from Amazon.

Step 1 - Log in to the website
Step 2 - Sign up with an account through Azure
Step 3 - Once you have an account- Under the “My account” tab select “Drops” and Input your zip code and locate the Boulder city drop.

Once you have Joined the Boulder City Drop You will be contacted by Paula with the welcome letter explaining in full detail how the program works.

The private FB group is created for Azure Standard Members only so make sure to join Azure Standard first then join the FB group providing your member number.
