A DAY OF LOVE AND ENCOURAGEMENT: WIDOWS, WIDOWERS & SINGLE PARENTS DAY | MCGI MASSACHUSETTS

On July 4, 2026, the brethren of MCGI Massachusetts joyfully took part in the Members Church of God International's observance of Widows, Widowers, and Single Parents Day—a heartfelt celebration dedicated to those who have experienced the loss of a spouse or are faithfully raising their families on their own.

Grounded in the biblical teaching to care for widows, widowers, and solo parents, this special occasion reflects the Church's commitment to showing compassion, encouragement, and genuine brotherly love. Through fellowship and acts of kindness, the brethren reminded these faithful members that they are never alone and will always have a family in the Church.

May this gathering continue to inspire hope, strengthen faith, and reflect the love that God teaches His people to share with one another.

MILESTONES OF FAITH: MCGI NEW YORK MARKS 26 YEARS WITH THANKSGIVING AND CELEBRATED AS FEATURED STATE IN SERBISYONG KAPATIRAN

From humble beginnings to a glorious harvest of faith, the MCGI Locale of New York celebrated its historic 26th Anniversary in a magnificent gathering of thanksgiving and praise that drew brethren from across the United States and Canada.

The milestone was marked by the presence of Servant-in-Charge Brother Josel Mallari, alongside Assistant Servants-in-Charge Brother Marvin Go and Brother Mon Bernardo, whose visit brought immense spiritual inspiration and encouragement to the brotherhood.

Adding to the week’s historic highlights, MCGI New York was celebrated on Thursday, June 11, 2026 (local time), as the Featured State during the Serbisyong Kapatiran (Brotherly Service) program hosted by the MCGI Overall Servant, Brother Daniel Razon.

Looking back at their journey, pioneer members fondly and tearfully recalled the locale’s infancy in June 2000. In those early days, long before the era of modern streaming and satellite technology, a simple phone patch line served as the precious lifeline that allowed the small batch of New York brethren to tune in and gather for various Church services.

Through a moving and timely video message during SK, Kuya Daniel powerfully urged the brotherhood to remain firmly united, to constantly love one another, and to unswervingly hold on to the true faith and recognition of the Almighty. Inspiring everyone to stay humble yet zealous, he reminded the congregation:

As the Locale of New York steps into its 26th year, the entire brotherhood stands completely united, firm in faith, and forever grateful for the Almighty's endless mercies that have sustained them from the very beginning.

From a meaningful medical mission and gift giving to fun games and lively intermission numbers, the day was a beautiful reminder that age is never a hindrance to serve our God.

A JOURNEY OF FAITH, HOPE, AND LOVE: MCGI FIRST QUARTER OF 2026 GLORIOUS THANKSGIVING IN MASSACHUSETTS, USA

On April 3–5, 2026, the worldwide celebration of the three-day First Quarter Special Thanksgiving of God’s People came to a glorious conclusion.

Despite living far from one another, distance was never a hindrance in offering thanks to Him and seeing the brethren face-to-face.

The highlight of the gathering was another inspiring biblical topic delivered by Kuya Daniel Razon, the Overall Servant of MCGI. His message helped strengthen the faith of the congregation, providing deep spiritual nourishment to sustain the brethren in the days and months ahead.

MCGI MASSACHUSETTS CELEBRATES ITS 8TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY THANKSGIVING

Marking eight years of God’s mercy and guidance, the Members Church of God International (MCGI) brethren in Massachusetts gathered on February 21, 2026, for their Anniversary Thanksgiving to God.

Brethren from various parts of Maine, Massachusetts, and New York joined the celebration, offering songs of praise and gratitude to the Lord.

During the Thanksgiving program, the brethren from Massachusetts and Maine serenaded their visiting brethren, who reciprocated by also offering songs of praise. It was a joyful day filled with unity and profound gratitude to God for 8 blessed years.

CONTINUING A LEGACY OF GIVING: MCGI FREE STORE EXPANDS TO BAGAC, BATAAN

On Jan. 25, 2026, the MCGI Free Store officially opened its doors in Bagac, Bataan. The inauguration, led by MCGI Overall Servant Brother Daniel Razon and Sister Arlene Razon, was warmly welcomed by Barangay Captain Ahris M. Sunga, alongside local residents and brethren.

This launch marks a significant expansion of an initiative that began well before the pandemic. The MCGI Free Store was first introduced during the Feast Dedicated to God in 2019, later serving as a cornerstone of The Old Path’s 39th Anniversary Celebration. By March 14, 2021, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Church opened these stores to the general public to provide critical relief. Today, that same spirit of service continues, with the Bagac branch strictly observing health protocols to ensure the safety of all beneficiaries.

For many, like Haidee Gumarro, the store is an answer to prayer. A widow providing for her family through daily labor, Haidee shared that this was her first time "grocery shopping" in such a unique way.

"Hindi po kami naghahangad ng masarap na ulam, basta po ang importante, bigas, kahit po anong ulam lang po. Okay na po sa amin," Haidee shared. (We don't wish for fancy meals; what's important is the rice. Whatever the viand is, it's enough for us.)

This profound relief reflects the heart of the Free Store: a place where compassion meets basic needs. Beyond material aid, Brother Daniel emphasized that this endeavor is an offering dedicated to the glory of God—a manifestation of a Provider who cares and offers hope.

Guided by the principle to "get only what is needed," the facility stands as a testament to the unity of faith and good works. Through God’s mercy, MCGI continues to expand this mission, serving as humble instruments of the Lord’s love.
