On Thursday, August 6, George and Ginette Jalinos warmly welcomed Bishop François to their home in Wyckoff, New Jersey, for a gathering with members of several Melkite communities.

The evening offered Bishop François an opportunity to spend time with those gathered, share in conversation, and connect with Melkite families.

During his visit to Virgin Mary Melkite Catholic Church, Bishop François met with Father Tom and the Parish Council to discuss needed renovations to strengthen the parish and better serve its parishioners.

On Sunday, August 2, Bishop François Beyrouti celebrated the Divine Liturgy with the faithful of Annunciation Melkite Catholic Mission at Sacred Heart Chapel in Covina, California.

The community gathered for the Tenth Sunday after Pentecost and the Transfer of the Remains of the Holy Protomartyr and Archdeacon Stephen. Following the Divine Liturgy, Bishop François joined parishioners for a luncheon and time together as a community.

Bishop François joined the faithful of St. Anne Melkite Catholic Cathedral in North Hollywood, California, for a special celebration honoring Fr. Dimitri Saliba.

On Sunday, Bishop François celebrated the Divine Liturgy with the parish community, sharing a beautiful morning of prayer, faith, and communion.
