Thank you to for helping to make college more accessible to all. 💜

Through the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement, we hosted Tuition Equity Law sessions to inform our teens and parents about MAFSA and other financial aid resources. With their help, this made navigating financial aid easier for those looking to go to college! MOIA, thank you for your continued support!

It is no secret the City of Boston plans to cut their program for school-year youth jobs in FY27. These jobs support around 1,800 youth each year, including some of our own teens.

Last week, reporters talked to teens, Rachel Mejia, Julia Dominique, and Serenity Griffith about what their jobs at SSYP means to them. Swipe to read highlights from the Globe’s article.

We are still advocating for the City to preserve this program and to continue investing in our young people. We are so proud of our teens for using their voices to speak up on why these opportunities matter.
