Where does the Lord want to expand in your heart and in your life this Lent? Looking back again at the renovation and refreshing of the chapel last year...a little known fact is that there are expansion joints in the Prudential Building and one of them runs right through the Chapel! Every now and then it moves a little bit, as you can tell by the floor and a bit on the walls and ceiling. Last year the joint was touched up and repainted on one side of the Chapel. Where does the Lord want to expand in your heart and in your life this Lent?

The Heart of Christ in the Heart of Boston

Richard Cardinal Cushing, Archbishop of Boston, had a vision to establish places of worship in the middle of peopleโ€™s daily lives โ€” where they live, play and work. St. Francis Chapel was founded in 1969 in the newly-built Prudential Center as a place for people to find God in the midst of a busy world.

St. Francis Chapel is staffed by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary.
