TONIGHT at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Ohabei Shalom: Please join us as we come together with our friends at Congregation Ohabei Shalom and Temple Sinai for a meaningful, community-wide Tisha B’Av service led by Rabbi Berkman and Cantor Silverman. We will gather by candlelight to hear the hauntingly beautiful chanting of the Book of Lamentations (Eicha) remembering the destruction of the Temples in Jerusalem, and to share in song, prayer, and readings that invite deep reflection on the themes of the day.

The teens come together to prepare and pack lunches for neighbors experiencing food insecurity—putting Jewish values into action through hands-on service and community care.

🎨 Last week, TILLI (Temple Israel's Lifelong Learning Institute) stepped outside for an inspiring walk along the Riverway to explore the 27th annual Studios Without Walls outdoor sculpture exhibition.

Led by an artist/docent, participants experienced site-specific artwork, enjoyed meaningful conversation, and gathered back at Temple Israel for lunch together—a wonderful reminder that learning happens everywhere.
