We celebrate fathers, grandfathers, and spiritual fathers. We thank God for the men who have loved, served, encouraged, and invested in others, those who are learning to live like Jesus.

Come get to know this family of believers and hear the stories of how God has been a Father to us through every season of life. We’d love to meet you.

We love the nations at City Church!

The Bakers had the privilege of living in the Sultanate of Oman for nearly eight years, and their time there gave them a deep appreciation for the beauty of different cultures and stories.

If you’re from another country or simply carry a love for another place in your heart, we’d love to meet you and hear your story.

Wherever you’re from, you are welcome at City Church.

Maggie’s story:

“Until the age of 22, I lived a life that was entirely my own. I was full of insecurity and making choices for myself that would ultimately only produce more anxiety and sadness. After graduating college, I was at the bottom of a very deep pit. I didn’t think my life would amount to anything and didn’t have the strength to try or didn’t see the purpose in trying anymore.

“Jesus met me exactly where I was. He was someone I had heard of before who I decided to call out to as a last resort one night while crying in my room. I told Him he could have my life. I didn’t expect Him to respond the way he did. I felt his presence enter my life and my days were easier, although still hard. There was peace in my life that didn’t make sense to me. He was my friend who sat with me and talked with me while I struggled. He gave me new desires and reminded me of ambitions/dreams I had previously given up out of fear of failing and insecurity.

“I ended up applying to different graduate schools for Physical Therapy with a new confidence that Jesus provided. God led me to Boston, and I think specifically led me to City Church. The community at City Church helped me learn more about Jesus and strengthen my relationship with Him. Jesus has transformed my life. He gives me satisfaction, confidence, and hope.”

We love the many languages, cultures, and stories represented in our City Church family.

While we gather on a Sunday morning in English, we celebrate the diversity God has brought together and look forward to the day when every nation, tribe, people, and language will worship Jesus as one.

“A great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb…” — Revelation 7:9

What a beautiful picture of God’s Kingdom.
