Spirit & Truth
We believe in both the work and gifts of the Holy Spirit today and in the final authority of Scripture.

Trinity & Community
We are included in the love that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have for each other. That means church is a family and a team where every member contributes.

Grace & Lordship
We accept one another on the basis of Christ’s grace, not our performance, and we encourage one another to follow Jesus as Lord in every area of our lives.

Local & Global
We serve the city and our neighborhoods through various initiatives, and we participate in God’s global mission to reach all nations.

Thank you Jesus for sunny days and good friends!
City Church enjoyed a day of fun on a harbor cruise with a picnic lunch.
Jesus is good on good days and not so good days. We were never ment to walk alone. Jesus loves the church and is building us up together. You are always welcome to come join us on a good or bad day. You are always welcome.

David’s story:

“I grew up in Boston riding bikes, playing basketball, and making friends at the neighborhood city park. The friendships I made with young people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences different than my own caused me to love this city and its people. It also birthed a desire in me for people who had never met Jesus to find him. This desire increased during my time at Boston University when I discovered the vast majority of my classmates did not know God and many of them had never even heard the gospel before. This led to times a prayer with like-minded classmates asking God to move on our campus. It eventually led to hundreds of students gathering to ask God for revival and out of that I felt God call me to plant a church in the Boston area that would reach the next generation and touch nations.”
