The "Bible" simply means "Book" . From "Biblos" the name of a papyrus reed ( Exodus 2:3) from which scrolls were made in the ancient world.

Exodus 2:3
[3]But when she could hide him no longer, she got a *papyrus* basket for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the *reeds* along the bank of the Nile.

Early Christians began to refer to their sacred writings as "ta biblia" in the Greek ( literally "the books") and the English Word "Bible" is derived from that Greek expression.

Bcoz of the understanding that the Christian scriptures were actually the word of God - one book by one Author, though produced by using many human writers - the name was changed from the plural ( ta biblia - the books) to the singular ( ton biblion - the Book).

(i) The Old Testament deals with the relationship of God to Israel, primarily under the Mosaic Covenant

Love is concern for the welfare of another even above one's own welfare.

The world's idea of Love is usually Lust or at best, selfishness.

Lust is getting, Love is giving. Lust can't wait to get, Love can't wait to give.

*JESUS REDEEMED US FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW*
Until Jesus came , we were under the Law of Moses.

This Law came with a curse but Jesus redeemed us from the curse.

*GALATIANS 3:13*
[13]Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),

*This curse was threefold: Spiritual death, Sickness and Poverty*
( *Deuteronomy 28:15 ff)*

Jesus' death upon the cross redeemed us from the eternal death and separation from God.

It redeemed us from all sickness, diseases and it redeemed us from poverty and lack.

GOD CREATED MAN AS A THREE PART- BEING.
1. Man is a spirit

1 Thessalonians 5:23

An Angel is a servant who ministers to God and Jesus is God's son.
Those who received the Law received the spirit of bo***ge and those who received the Gospel received the spirit of the son

The Law conveyed through the angel is the spirit of bo***ge and the Gospel conveyed through the Son is the Spirit of the Son
