Baylock Beauty School partnered with Lead Academy to instruct our teens in proper finger wave techniques and basic braiding styles. The young women thoroughly enjoyed this session. 💇🏽‍♀️

Our leaders demonstrate effective listening skills and collaborate well with each other. They had to construct a bridge out of marshmallows and toothpicks. Great practice on teamwork 🏆
