May 31st is Trinity Sunday, and our worship service will celebrate our Triune God, our 3-in-1, Father-Son-Holy Spirit, Who is with ALL of us, to the ends of the earth and to the end of the age.

There are numerous images that symbolize the Holy Trinity; the one in the image below is of Celtic origin and is called the "Triquetra." It is a type of Celtic knot that represents unity and an eternal spiritual life with no beginning and no end. The yellow "triangle" represents the Father, Son & Holy Spirit, and the circle protects that unity of spirit with a bond that can't be broken.

Come celebrate with us Sunday mornings at 10:45 (or 10:15 if you'd like some coffee and treats)! --Rev. Laura :)

This Sunday's message will center around John 14:1-14, when Jesus tells his disciples (and us) that - despite all the death and darkness that surrounded them - he was preparing a place for them that is so glorious they can't even imagine, so don't lose heart.

The NIV translation calls this place a "room."
The KJV translation calls it a "mansion."
The NRSV translation calls it a "dwelling place."
Some Biblical scholars have even suggested the place is more a state of mind than a geographical location.

The translation isn't important, though; what IS important is the assurance that there is abundant space for all believers in God's presence. And there is abundant space for you in our faith family!

Bible Study is Sunday mornings at 10:00, and Worship is at 10:45. If you haven't felt welcome anywhere else, we hope you feel welcome here! Blessings & peace, Rev. Laura DeMann

Last Sunday we wished a "Happy Retirement" to our long-time CWF President, Sylvia Cox, as she passed her torch to Tina Lewis. Since we already have something planned for the first and second Sundays in May, we are going to take our summer break a little early and reconvene in Aug/Sep, so keep checking in for updates!

Congratulations on your newest endeavor, Tina! We know you'll continue Sylvia's legacy with no trouble!😉🙏❤️

We're all familiar with images of the Last Supper, but how many of us have imagined the scene when Jesus ate with his disciples again after his resurrection? Did he somehow look different? Then why did everyone he appeared to not recognize him at first? Join us this Sunday at our 10:45am worship service as we picture ourselves across the table from Jesus.

You're also welcome to be part of our 10:00am Bible Study discussion about what dictates worship styles, and then stay for our monthly potluck after worship for some delicious food and delightful fellowship!

Blessings & peace, Rev. Laura

As we come down from the mountaintop of Jesus' resurrection, how long does it take us to fall back into the habit of doubting his presence and power in our lives? Depending on how much media you're exposed to, it can happen within a matter of seconds.

The world is full of more doom and dread than our brains can process, and it can overwhelm our nervous systems before we know it. This Sunday's message (10:45am) reminds us that God is always present, even and especially when all hope seems lost.

Our "God vs. Man" Bible Study starts again this Sunday as well (10:00am), and this lesson will discuss the divisiveness of labels.
