St. John's Lutheran Church of Boscobel Building Community & Planting Christ’s Promise; Cause God Loves EVERYBODY. Founded in February, 1867, St. Interested in learning more of what we're about?

John's Lutheran Church was organized by a circuit preacher, Rev. Wachtel, in order to serve Lutherans in the Boscobel and Fennimore area. The original church was built in June of 1867 with the current building constructed in 1914 on the same site. Join us for worship every Sunday at 9:00 am with coffee and fellowship time following the service.

Confirmation orientation is on Wednesday August 26th @ 6:30 pm at St. Peter in Fennimore. Classes will begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. and will run through Mid-May with breaks at Christmas and Lent.
