Today we’re rejoicing over Brandon Selph and his step of faith in believer’s baptism! It was especially meaningful as he was baptized by NEMCC BSU director, Nick Smith—someone who has played an important role in discipling Brandon.

“Romans 6:3-4: We were buried therefore with Him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead… we too might walk in newness of life.”

It’s thrifty. It’s dancy. And it’s back! Tuesday, March 24, at 6pm come on over to the BSU for some fun. No, you don’t need a date. Yes, you do need a funny/fun/ridiculous outfit- preferable formal wear. Don’t spend big $! Roll in to your local thrift store or raid your grandparents closet! Surely you could find something that would work. We’ll have DJ Isaiah back to spin some fun. We’ll take some glamor shots too. 📸 😂 Bonus: Nick is rolling out some punch & 🍕. Bring it!

What an incredible week of ministry. These stats are cool and all- but the behind the scenes is awesome too: the quiet student who was bold, the fearful student who stepped out of their comfort zone, & the new Christian sharing their faith and leading others to Christ! We are so proud of these students for trusting God and taking one more step of faith. Only God saves, but what an honor to get a front row seat & to be an instrument in His hand. If you see any of these students or leaders, please ask them about it! They have stories galore (& a few pics 🙈).
