Cycle to Lake Junaluska The C2LJ is a 3-day supported ride from Hickory to Lake Junaluska This is the first year for what will be an annual event to bike to Lake Junaluska.

The C2LJ is a 3-day supported ride from Charlotte to Lake Junaluska that takes place June 16-18, 2014. This year’s route is outstanding and our overnight hosts will be providing great food & activities each evening.

Where: Hickory -> Rutherfordton -> Flat Rock -> Lake Junaluska
Cost: $100
Who: All level of cyclists welcome!
Registration: email Doug Miller @ [email protected] with the following information: Name, DOB, contact info, emergency contact info. Doug will respond with information for payment.

Registration fee includes all meals, rest stops, luggage transport, indoor camping for two nights, and showers. We will also be taking up a voluntary love offering for the two host churches where we will be staying.

Day 1 continued: We were treated like royalty at First UMC in Rutherfordton NC. Thanks to Ben Carson's parents we were able to get in a swim. The highlight was getting a surprise visit from C2LJ veteran Rev. Laura Beach Byrch.
