As we think about and pray for the Presbyterian Women led service Tomorrow, we reflect upon the God-blessed and mighty work of the Holy Spirit in missions that came about by thousands of women in the 19th through the 21st century who came together from across denominations to save their pennies, nickels, and dimes to begin missionary efforts all over the world--these small movements led to quite huge and massive support to and with mission organizations that still exist today. The Holy Spirit is always doing this with us--starting small, lighting holy fires, and spreading the gospel good news everywhere. It's all a matter of staying in the Word, praying, and then paying attention to the movements of God. God bless the PW for living that God-life for God and all our neighbors.
