Anchor Christian Church Anchor is a gathering of Christians who have a vision of being a healthy congregation that is ministering to the multiple generations of SWFL

Our mission at Anchor is to “Love God, Love my neighbor by being the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus.”

Anchor is a gathering of Christians who desire to love God and serve Him with all our hearts. We are independent from oversight from a denominational headquarters/structure but share a fellowship with other Christian Churches around the world. Our heritage comes from a group of churches known as

the Restoration Movement. The goal of the Restoration Movement is to restore the model of New Testament Christianity as found in the Book of Acts. We are guided by a group of elders who are selected from the congregation. These elders are elected by the congregation because they strive to fulfill the Biblical qualifications set out for elders in the New Testament. All monies collected in our offerings go to support the ministry of Anchor and several missionaries in various parts of the world. We are not the only Christians but strive to be Christians only. We do not have all the answers but where the Bible speaks, we speak – where the Bible is silent, we are silent.

Come to our HUGE Garage Sale on Saturday, Nov 15 from 8 am to Noon at Anchor Christian Church, 11651 E. Terry St, Bonita Springs, FL. Thousands of items donated from church members: Refrigerators, electric stove, kitchen gadgets and small appliances (air fryers, Keurigs, blenders, grills, recreational items, etc, etc, etc. All proceeds go to help send our youth the summer camps.

Our Story

We are a gathering of people from all over who desire to get to know God better. We don’t have all the answers or have it all figured out but we worship a God who does.

Our mission at Anchor is to “Love God, Love my neighbor by being the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus.” Our vision is to be a healthy church that is ministering the multiple generations and multiple cultures of Southwest Florida.

When you visit Anchor feel free to come as you are. We have two worship services on Sunday mornings (9:30 & 11:00 am) year round. During the months of January - March we add 8:00 am service to help accommodate the larger crowds because of the seasonal residents that come to enjoy Florida sunshine (8:00, 9:30, & 11:00 am January - March). Our worship services strive to connect people with God through blended worship, weekly communion, and teaching/preaching from the Bible.

We offer a full program of Bible School classes for all ages from Toddlers - Adults. A staffed Nursery is provided for the 9:30 and 11:00 am services.
