Basic belief in Islam is that there Allah is the only one worthy of worship and Mohammad (May peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) is the final messenger of Allah to the mankind. Quran is the final scripture brought by Prophet Mohammad for the guidance of mankind.

'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: "Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda, wat-tuqa, wal-'afafa, wal-ghina (O Allah! I beseech You for guidance, piety, chastity and contentment)."

[Muslim].

وعن ابن مسعود، رضي الله عنه، أن النبي، صلى الله عليه وسلم، كان يقول‏:‏ ‏ "‏اللهم إني أسألك الهدى، والتقى، والعفاف، والغنى‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
