UPDATE FOR TOMORROW: The drive coming up the hill to church is clear, however there is still ice up near and in front of the church in front of the fellowship hall entrance. Other than that, the parking lots and main entrance are clear, and the ramp up to the back fellowship hall entrance is clear. The roads coming to the church are clear except for a couple slick spots which hopefully will melt today. Out of an abundance of caution, we will not have the early service, but we WILL HAVE Sunday School and 2nd Service at the regular times (9:45 & 10:45 am)! I know it’s been a hard 2 weeks, and I look forward to seeing you and worshiping together tomorrow morning! God bless! ~ Bro. Nathan

UPDATE FOR SUNDAY: The church’s drive and parking lot still have a lot of ice with sub freezing temperatures forecasted throughout the weekend. We also have a downed power line, and the pole with the transformer broke and fell leaving us without power. We don’t have word yet as to how soon they will get to it although crews are working in the area. So with that said, we will have to call off services again this Sunday. We will keep you updated as new information comes in. We love you all and hope you are safe and warm. See you soon!

Due to continued power outages, downed trees, and icy road conditions, we will not be having midweek services tomorrow at New Hope. Continue to keep in contact with your family, neighbors, and friends. God bless!

Hope you will join us tomorrow for our annual Thanksgiving celebration and meal at New Hope! We will have Sunday School at 9:45 am, One Worship Service at 10:45 am, and a Thanksgiving add-a-dish meal to follow! I will be bringing a special Thanksgiving Message entitled, “The Power of “Yet” - giving thanks/praise in life’s difficult seasons!” I believe it will encourage you! Come and bring a friend! It is with a heavy heart that we announce the arrangements of our dear friend and brother in Christ, Daniel Spivey. Bro. Dan was a faithful husband, father, deacon, and Sunday School teacher at New Hope. He was a bright light at church and in the community! His positive spirit, love for others, and great sense of humor endeared him to everyone he met! While we grieve and will feel his loss for a long time to come, we rejoice in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior Jesus in Heaven! Please keep Amanda, Maggie, and the rest of his family in your prayers!

Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8pm and Friday from 9-10 am at Harpeth Hills on Highway 100. The funeral service will be at 10 am and the burial to follow.

The church will be providing a meal for the family at New Hope following the burial. The church will be open early on Friday morning for anyone wanting to drop off food before the funeral. Thank you for your prayers and support! God bless!
