Giving thanks for all who serve, create, care, and contribute.

Today we give thanks for the work of our hands, and for all the people who make our communities stronger through their time, talents, and dedication.

At Bolton Congregational Church, UCC, we believe work is about more than a job. It’s also about serving others, caring for our neighbors, creating something meaningful, and using our gifts to make the world a little better.

So whether you’re working today, enjoying a well-earned day off, or wondering how the summer disappeared so quickly… 😄 we hope your Labor Day is filled with rest, gratitude, and a little joy.

Charity isn't always about grand gestures. Sometimes it looks like a helping hand, a shared meal, a kind word, a donation, a visit, or simply noticing that someone could use a little extra care.

At Bolton Congregational Church, UCC, we believe faith is meant to be lived, and that means looking beyond ourselves and finding ways to serve our neighbors and our wider community.

Today, on International Day of Charity, we're reminded that small acts of kindness can add up to something BIG. 🌎❤️

So let's spread a little generosity today. Give what you can. Help where you can. Love generously.

The calendar says fall is coming.
The weather says not so fast.
