🌍 Fun Fact Friday! 🌍 Did you know? John Wesley, founder of the Methodist movement, traveled an incredible 250,000 miles to share the gospel—enough to circle the Earth ten times! His commitment to spreading faith through building relationships reminds us of the power of genuine connection. When asked if he might consider walking instead of riding, he responded simply, “Nay.” May his passion inspire us to go the extra mile in our spiritual journeys and cherish the connections we make along the way.

Here's an Advent Week One reflection from our Trinity Conference Prayer Team: "But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.” — Micah 7:7 | “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 | The more we grow to know God’s character, the more hope we have.

Qavah (קָוָה) is a Hebrew word that means "binding together, eagerly waiting, hoping for, expecting". It can also mean "to wait, look for, hope, expect". The word comes from the root word that means to pull a rope tight, and when someone qavah, they are waiting with tense expectation

Yakhal (יָחַל) is a Hebrew word that means "to wait for," "to hope," or "to expect". It appears in the Bible in multiple verses, including Psalm 71:14 and Psalm 119:18.

Tiqvah (תקוה) is another Hebrew word for "hope" and can also mean "expectation", "cord", or "rope."

Please join us in this prayer: Oh Lord our God, as we step into this Advent season, we invite you to build an increasing sense of expectancy and hope in us each day, and invite Your Spirit to reveal to us opportunities to share hope with others we encounter as we go about our activities. In Jesus' name, amen.

On this Thanksgiving Day, we praise God for all He is doing in and through the Trinity Conference—and to thank you for being such an important part of our shared ministries. May God continue to bless us and keep us ever-mindful of His gifts of mercy, grace, and faithfulness now and always. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Good morning! As we begin the season of Advent, our Catechism posts will be shared over the next four *Saturdays* to allow for a special Advent devotional video to be posted on Sunday mornings.

Today let's consider question #48. Who then can be saved? With mortals it is impossible, but with God all things are possible. (Matt. 19:26; John 3:5, 16, 36; 5:24; 6:40; 8:51; 11:25-26; Rom. 5:8; Gal. 2:21; Eph. 2:1-10; 2 Tim. 1:9; Titus 3:5.)

To grow awareness and appreciation for our church doctrine, we are working our way through the GMC Catechism today and every week throughout 2024. Here's the link to download the complete document: http://tinyurl.com/GMC-catechism

Now that the Global Methodist Church (GMC) has concluded its inspiring Convening General Conference, it is time to look to the future. The question is, years from now, will the record show that the GMC became a movement? A missionary movement is often defined as many thousands of people coming into

In early August of 2022, I contracted COVID-19 for the first time. As a pastor in Los Angeles County, my church served thousands of families with much-needed groceries and the hope of the gospel throughout the pandemic. I was in close contact with the virus repeatedly but never tested positive until
