Stay active, strong, and independent in this 45-minute chair-based mobility and exercise class designed especially for older adults and led by New Life's own Mariam Rim, PT DPT. We’ll focus on gentle strength training, balance, flexibility, and joint-friendly movements that support everyday activities. All fitness levels welcome! Please bring two cans of food to use as light hand weights during class—we’ll incorporate them into simple, effective strengthening exercises. Afterward, you’re invited to donate the cans to support the New Life food pantry.
