Please be in prayer for Sis Taylor’s family.

Sylvia Nell Taylor's funeral will be at Utica Baptist Church Wednesday, at 2:00pm. She is at Browns Funeral Home. There is not going to be a Family visitation before the funeral.

The church will be providing lunch before the funeral at 12:00 noon at the Utica Community Building. The church will provide meat and rolls, Church members are asked to bring a side or desert. The building will be open by 10:30am.

Church, we hate to do this, but the parking lots at both buildings are extremely dangerous. Taking great caution for visitor safety, we have to CANCEL services tomorrow, February 1, 2026.

Church, I’m sure you’re aware of the winter weather this weekend. Chances are high that church services will be canceled Sunday, but a decision won’t be made until noon Saturday at the latest.

Whatever happens, your lives are precious, so services or not, keep safe and warm.
