Before the strategy. Before the method. Before anything else — Jesus went to the mountain to pray.

This week we kicked off our new series, BLESS, and we started right where Jesus started: on our knees before the Father. Prayer isn't a warm-up act. It's the foundation for everything — including how we love and reach the people right around us.

Today we speak a blessing over every father.

May you know that the work you do — seen and unseen — matters more than you realize. The early mornings, the hard conversations, the showing up even when you're running on empty — none of it is wasted.

May you lead with courage and love with patience. May your home be a place where grace is modeled, not just talked about. And when you fall short — because we all do — may you be quick to receive the same forgiveness you extend to others.

May God, the perfect Father, be your source. May He fill every gap, strengthen every weakness, and remind you that you are not doing this alone.

To every father in our community — we are grateful for you. We see you. And we're praying for you today.

Life is heavy. And if you're honest, you're tired of carrying it alone.

Here's what we know to be true: Jesus is faithful. Not sometimes. Not when you've earned it. Always.

"The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it." — 1 Thessalonians 5:24

You don't have to have it figured out to walk through our doors. You just have to show up — and we'll take it from there together.

Most anchors are hidden beneath the water. The passengers never see it, but everyone on board depends on it. That's what God's faithfulness looks like in our lives.

Unseen. Eternal. Holding.

The world says, "Just hope it gets better." But biblical hope isn't wishful thinking — it's a confident expectation grounded in the promises of a God who cannot lie.

When life feels uncertain, when the storms hit without warning, we don't anchor ourselves to our circumstances, our strength, or our success. We anchor ourselves to Christ.

"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." — Hebrews 6:19

Unshakeable hope produces unshakeable living. Not because we're strong — but because of who holds us.

Whatever storm you're facing today, remember: when waves rise, hope holds. When tears fall, hope holds. When life doesn't make sense, hope holds.

Your anchor has not moved. Christ has not changed.
