Reminder: Registration Deadline Approaching
127th Stated Meeting of the Northeast Georgia Presbytery

A friendly reminder that the registration deadline is quickly approaching for the 127th Stated Meeting of the Northeast Georgia Presbytery, which will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1065 Gaines School Road, Athens, GA 30605.

Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m., and the meeting will be called to order at 10:00 a.m.

Registration Deadline
Registration will close on February 16, 2026, just before midnight. This deadline allows the host church adequate time to prepare for lunch and childcare arrangements. If you have not yet registered, please take a moment to do so soon.

Clerks of Session: Please be sure to forward this reminder to your Ruling Elder Commissioners.

Lunch
Lunch will be served during the meeting, and reservations are required. If you register for lunch and later find you cannot attend or choose not to stay, please notify us so we can help avoid unnecessary expense.

If childcare is needed, please indicate this on the registration form.

Dear Northeast Georgia Presbytery Friends,
The Northeast Georgia Presbytery invites you to join Presbyterians from across Georgia for a meaningful time of worship, study, and fellowship. As a connectional church, we grow in identity and purpose when we gather and celebrate our life together. During the event at beautiful Epworth by the Sea, participants will have the opportunity to make new connections and strengthen existing relationships.
