Sandra B. Stewart Ordained Minister I am a certified Ordained Minister and I am available to perform various wedding ceremonies. (Washington Parish Residents Only).

I am an Ordained Minister with Open Ministries and perform various wedding ceremonies. My rate is $50-80, based on location/distance and I will bring everything to the courthouse to be registered, after the ceremony. I can also do weddings anywhere in the US, I just have to register with that county/parish and of course there will be a different price based on the distance if it is outside of Washington Parish and/or Louisiana.
