Summer Blast has come to an end! We are so thankful for everyone who joined us.

Our final messages on Friday and Saturday reminded us of a beautiful biblical truth: Jesus is our High Priest in heaven, interceding for us. We also learned about God’s judgment. If you belong to Christ, you don’t have to fear the judgment because, in a sense, the trial is “rigged” in your favor—not because justice is ignored, but because Jesus is both our righteous Judge and our Advocate. He stands for us, represents us, and has already paid the penalty for our sins. Because of Him, we have every reason to trust the outcome.

We hope you enjoyed Summer Blast and that you’ll continue growing with us. Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. for Bible study, Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. for our New Believers class, and at 11:00 a.m. for our worship service. 📖🎶

Thank you for being part of Summer Blast. We loved having you with us, and we pray that God richly blesses you and your family! 😄

Last night’s message was about the true meaning of baptism.

The Bible teaches that biblical baptism is not sprinkling, infant baptism, or simply handshaking someone. Jesus Himself was baptized by being fully immersed in water, setting the example for us (Matthew 3:16).

Baptism is the beginning of a new relationship with God. Going down into the water symbolizes dying to your old life of sin, and coming up out of the water represents being raised to a new life in Christ. It is a public declaration that you have chosen to follow Jesus and allow Him to transform your life.

Last night, Pr. Kojo explained the Bible’s teaching on the mystery of death. The dead do not continue living elsewhere; they rest in Jesus until He returns. Jesus described death as a sleep (John 11:11-14), and Paul reminds us that “the dead in Christ shall rise first” when Jesus comes again (1 Thessalonians 4:16). What a blessed hope! 🙏
