You don't have to keep choosing something just because you've chosen it before.

In fact, sometimes the bravest thing you can do is admit something isn't working.

You can spend years trying to make something fit that's no longer right for you. A relationship. A job. A habit. A version of yourself. The longer you've invested in it, the harder it feels to walk away.

But here's the truth:

The time you spent wasn't wasted.

You learned. You grew. You figured out what you want—and what you don't.

So stop asking, "But what about all the time I've already spent?" Start asking, "Is this still the life I want?"

You're allowed to change your mind. You're allowed to choose differently. ❤️
