Our Story
We Believe:
That the Holy Bible is the infallible inspired word of God and is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21)
That the Holy Bible is a historic record and for that to be taken away, weakens its effect on mankind. (Romans 15:4)
In a God that reigns supreme, existing in Three Persons, God the Father (creator, Genesis 1:1), God the Son (Jesus Christ, John 10:30), and God the Holy Spirit (helper, John 14:26).
That Jesus Christ Was the Christ King, God in the flesh to walk among men and the only way to salvation. (John 14:6) That He was born of a virgin as foretold by the prophets. (Isaiah 7:14) And that He lived a sinless life and performed miracles during his ministry. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
That Jesus Christ was crucified and as propitiation for our sins as a willing sacrifice and His sacrifice released us from the law and provides salvation through grace. (1 John 2:2, 1 John 4:10) That He arose from the grave on the third day and walked among men. (Matthew 28:1-6, 1 Corinthians 15:3-8) And, that He ascended into heaven to prepare us a place for our afterlife and to sit at the right hand of the Father as an intercessor for us. (John 14:3, Romans 8:34)
In water baptism by immersion as Jesus Christ was as a representation of being born again. (Matthew 3:13-17, Matthew 28:19)
That the Holy Spirit was sent on the day of Pentecost to be a helper to understand God’s Word and the provision of Spiritual Gifts. (John 14:26, Acts 2:1-4, 1 Corinthians 12:8-10, 28)
In the Holy Spirit guided, manifestation of Spiritual Gifts and the workings of Miracles, Signs and Wonders. (Romans 12:6-8, 1 Corinthians 12:8-10, 28)
That Jesus called all to spread the Gospel to all of the world until He returns. (Matthew 28:19) (The Great Commission)
That Jesus will one day return for us and call us up into Heaven to be with Him forever. (Acts 1:11)
That those who reject Jesus Christ will spend an eternity in a place called Hell that is prepared for Satan and his angels. (Revelation 20:10, 12-15)
In the operation of the five-fold ministry of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers and the God-given authority to each calling to equip and facilitate the body of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
