We are part of the Acts29 church planting network and seek to extend the kingdom of Jesus through gospel proclamation and formation. BLUFF PARK Community Church is a church gathering in the Bluff Park neighborhood of Hoover. We are a group of men, women and children who, by God’s grace, are attempting to live out the GOSPEL MESSAGE, in GOSPEL COMMUNITY, while pursuing GOSPEL MISSION. GOSPEL MESSAGE
– The radical message of God’s grace to sinners both for salvation (justification) and for ongoing life and growth in maturity (sanctification). GOSPEL COMMUNITY – Men, women and children living in community with one another and with neighbor, knowing and being known, serving and being served, loving and being loved, all within a particular corner of our city. GOSPEL MISSION – From a position of a renewed and transformed heart, we run headlong into pursuit of both the Great Commission (to make disciples) and the Great Commandment (to love God and love neighbor)
We are here for the convinced and the unconvinced, the lost, the found, the burned, bored, cynical and the spiritual. But we rest fully in the One who does, Christ Jesus. This is our only hope. This is why we gather to worship.
