What a night Holstons Chosen had Wed evening. 43 kids, what a blessing.
A great lesson from Ms Brandy. The teen class made chocolate Chip cookies with ingredients from the Bible. By the way they were delicious
Now Sunday is tomorrow. Come out for breakfast at 9 30 and Sunday school at 10.

Well the picnic has come and gone, back to work

The kids had a great time. Had over 30 of Holstons Chosen show up, several parents, what a blessing
All in all we had over 100 people at the event
The kids were soaked, now we have to let the vans dry out
Come join us this morning @ 930 for breakfast 10 for Sunday school and 11 for the morning service

We also celebrated two special occasions at the picnic
Happy 2nd anniversary at Holston Baptist Church to our preacher and his wife.

One of Holstons Chosen. What a blessing this young man is to us

Nine-year-old Alexander Dotson of Bristol was recently dianosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and TK2d mitochondrial disease.

His mom, Samantha, told me they are trying to raise money for medical expenses and a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. If you are able to help she would be extremely grateful. 🙏

Praise the Lord for the 20 young people who showed up for Sunday school yesterday. The Lord is working on some of these kids and they are learning what it means to be faithful.
They had a great breakfast a little time on the playground and then lessons. Most of the kids came to "big church" and sang in the choir and sat through the service very respectfully. What a blessing they are for our congregation. Many thanks to the parents of these kids for letting and encouraging them to come.
The Lord is still working in our 199 year old church. Seek ye out the old paths Jeremiah 6:16

That's probably the case.
Come hungry in the morning. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles etc at 9:30.
The real meal is served at 10:00am when Sunday School starts

We have started new kids classes and are looking for some more adults that are hungry
